Note: The cost for an initial visit is $25, a follow up visit is $15 and an express care visit is $50. Please note this location does not have a pediatrician, and children are not accepted for a follow up visit. Hours are Monday through Thursday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM and Friday from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
