Note: OCAP is a self-help agency, which provides an opportunity for human dignity by providing decent housing, food, clothing, health assistance, counseling, referrals and job placement. OCAP's goal is to seek solutions to the social and economic problems related to poverty. Community services, Low Income Home Energy Assistance (LIHEAP), Weatherization, Community Food Assistance, Head Start, Emergency Food and Shelter, Housing Counseling, Alabama Business Charitable Trust. Customers must qualify under HHS poverty guidelines.
