Note: Provides free health care for Hernando County adults, ages 18 to 64, who do not have any insurance, including Medicaid or Share of Cost and who meet Federal Poverty Guidelines. Crescent Community Clinic is NOT an emergency or walk-in clinic. You must call to schedule an appointment and you will be given a licensed provider for your chronic health condition or mental health illness. You are also asked to bring all medications to each appointment. Clinic Days and Hours: Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday; 8 am to 1 pm. In order to be qualify, you need to be uninsured, low-income or no income and a resident of Hernando County between the ages of 18 and 64 with a chronic health or mental health condition that the clinic can treat.
