Note: All patients of the Troup Cares Free Clinic must meet the following qualifications. Troup County Resident (6 months) Employed for at least 30 consecutive days Employed within the last 6 months Drawing unemployment Between the ages of 19-64 No Health Care Coverage Available At or Below 200% of Federal Poverty Guidelines USA Citizen or in Country with Valid Visa or Permit Valid Identification Verification of Income
